I use holistic yoga therapy for any age group. The sessions will consist of personal counseling with all reports and personal and family history taking for finding the root cause and practical sessions for training and feedback to track progress. The classes consist of physical, mental, relaxation, emotional practices, and dietary recommendations as per need.
