About Silvia
I am a yoga / dance teacher (Hindu) and a life coach. I have had 2 dance schools where I was able to experience the different types of yoga and other disciplines such as stretching, Pilates and movement techniques. My training has been with different teachers from India, Europe and Argentina.

I offer my knowledge to anyone who wants to explore the field of the physical, mental and spiritual. My classes will be adapted according to each individual wishes to explore, being able to be a more physical yoga as a more spiritual one. They change include meditation and breathing techniques.
