About Jocelyne
I am a yoga teacher and a medical school student, I love caring and helping people. I did my yoga teacher training in Poland last year (July 2017), but have been doing yoga for the past 4 years. It would be a pleasure for me to help you calm and soothe your mind.

I love creating sequences that are simple, but that really makes you feel good after. I love doing the asanas (yoga poses) within the "crowd". By doing so, the students feel like we are are connected and equal. I always finish the class either by teaching a breathing technique or with a meditation session. And I am always open to conversations at the end of the class if a student may need it.
