About Manon

3 years ago, I did my master's degree in India. From then on I became interested in the Yogi philosophy. I passed several certifications:
- 200h Hatha, Yin - Certified Alliance Yoga, Postural Yoga, stretching
- 300h Restorative Yoga - Certified Alliance Yoga ; To treat pathologies
- 300h Chakra Sadhana - Certified Alliance Yoga >> Cleanse the Chakras - Reiki Level 1.

A session can last between 1 hour and 3 hours. Ideally, I travel for 1h30. Classes are for all levels and personalized to suit your body, pace and goal.
First you tell me about your motivations and your current yoga experience. You will also tell me if you had any pain or injuries in the past. Then I prepare a class made for you

What type of yoga is right for you?
I teach different type of yoga:
- The most traditional: Hatha is morning yoga and it is one of the most common practices in Europe. It is a set of positions (asanas) that improve your posture, increase your flexibility, while relaxing.

- Yin: I usually teach it in the early evening. It is a very relaxing yoga, where one stays for a long time in positions on the ground (3-7 minutes). I like to accompany it with a guided meditation at the end of the session. These sessions calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and significantly improve your flexibility and blood circulation.

- Pranayama session: breathing techniques. For me, these are the most constructive sessions. You have to be patient but the benefits are numerous. During these sessions we control our breathing, the source of "prana", the vital energy.
According to the sacred books, this practice is more important than the postural yoga famous in Europe at the moment ...
