About Lukas
When I started my journey at 18 years old I had 14 diagnosed chronic conditions. Over the years of training under a South Indian monk, through immense effort and self-understanding, I now only have 3 conditions with a 90% reduction in severity.
It is this process of self-healing and inner transformation I now offer to teach to others.

My teachings focus on stress relief, self understanding, and inner transformation through classical yoga. These methods were developed over the 10 years I trained under my teacher to culminate all I have learned thus far.
I focus primarily on Svadhaya, introspective meditation. Pranayama, breathing methods. Nada Yoga, meditation through sound. And finally Kalpana, guided visualization meditations.
