About Navvita
I’m a holistic yoga and meditation instructor with over 2000 hours of teaching and 4500+ hours of personal practice. I specialize in combining traditional yoga, guided meditation, chakra activation and therapeutic music to support physical, mental and emotional well-being.
My own journey with yoga began as a way to manage stress and find balance, and over the years it has become my life’s work. I’ve led group classes, one-to-one sessions and themed workshops, helping students with back pain, anxiety, sleep issues, low confidence and emotional overwhelm. Many of my students report better sleep, calmer minds, reduced stress and a deeper connection with themselves after just a few weeks of regular practice.
In my classes, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space, clear step-by-step guidance and practices adapted to your body, energy and lifestyle. I love integrating breathwork, yoga nidra, relaxation techniques, gentle movement and sound or frequency-based music so that even beginners feel supported and experienced practitioners can go deeper.
I currently offer online sessions for individuals, small groups, schools, corporates and senior citizens. Whether your goal is stress relief, deep sleep, chakra healing, better focus or simply starting a consistent yoga and meditation routine, I will design sessions specifically for you and walk with you week by week on your path.
