About Achintay
I have always been fond of getting myself involved in activities requiring physical effort... After many sports on my way, yoga was something where I found my true expression of self in the most appropriate manner i could... It taught me the art of realising the most subtle moments of life and how we generally don't even get to know them because are conscience is always on its way to play the drums along... It doesn't feel settled till the time we take a deep breath and just see what is actually happening around rather than in our heads...
