Yoga Lessons by Lina: University Student of Dance: Yoga for Beginners - Movement is an opportunity of exploration.

A dancer that works very hard at putting their soul into their movements and practice. She cares about the technique just as much as she cares about the heart of dance.

I met Angelina coming up on 2 years ago during our college dance class we had together. She is always high of energy and laughter. I love that she is always ready to try new things.

As a former college teacher of Angelina's, I saw first hand how she handles responsibility and works well with others. She was always a leader in our (honors) classroom, and she got along with all of her classmates. She is diligent and inquisitive; two skills that I believe are fundamental to a successful teacher or tutor. She also was able to include some of her passions (yoga and dance) into her work in our literature class. That level of thought and creativity was very impressive. Angelina, I'm sure, would be a wonderful teacher and guide for any student will to learn and work.

Angelina is very intentional of her dance skills and body articulation. This allows her to be extremely thoughtful of her language towards other dancers and her outward expression of her dancer movements. If she has a suggestion, she makes one with tact and gentle concern. I met her in December 2024 when auditioning for our school's Contemporary dance program. When I first interacted with it, I could see her love for life and joy for dance. I've worked with her in rehearsal and even in our separate dance practices. She was ensured to understood my skillset and taught me movements with kindness a teacher must grasp. Angelina has a grand passion for dance overall. Knowing how she perceives dance and is ultimately nonjudgmental towards other dancers demonstrates her love for full and peaceful self-expression. She will ask for a balance between technique but also one's own particular style, an intricacy dance teachers must instill in their students.
