About Dev Kaur -Coni
I am a yoga instructor. I started with the formation of kundalini in 2012, that same year I created (concealed information) and started teaching kundalini. In 2015 I began my studies of Hatha yoga in India, studies that I continued to deepen (Yoga and Ashtanga Therapy) in other trips to India. The school where I studied and also trained teachers is Abhijna School of yoga in Varkala, in the south of the country. I have also done second level courses in kundalini yoga such as stress and vitality and 21 stages of meditation (also in India, in the north near Amristar in Anandapur). I had the experience of performing Vipasana with 10 days of silences. Currently I give regular classes of yoga therapy and ashtanga in Maitencillo and private classes in the area, according to the needs of the person or group.

My classes are based on the idea of YOGA THERAPY, that is to say that the practice is in complete harmony and communication with the body and the mind in order to learn from oneself through yoga. Each posture teaches us something of ourselves, of the mind, of the way of thinking and behaving and from there we learn. I am very careful with the body and capabilities of each person, I like to be close to the students and guide the process of each one.

A Coni la conocí vacacionando en la zona donde ella vive y hace clases, la recomiendo totalmente pues no solo conoce muy bien lo que hace, además ama hacerlo, esto lo transmite en sus clases y hace que una clase de yoga que pudiese ser simple se convierta en una experiencia en donde uno logra conectarse y salir siempre con algo más. Además tiene muchísima paciencia y es muy cercana con sus alumnos.
