About Elizalde
I am a Yoga Grand Master Teacher and Expert Yoga Massage Therapist with years of experience transforming lives through yoga and wellness. I have taught thousands of students and certified numerous teachers at the Philippine Vidyanand Transformational Yoga & Wellness International School, where I guide aspiring teachers to become certified yoga instructors and wellness ambassadors. My teaching approach combines traditional and modern yoga techniques, meditation, breathing exercises, and wellness coaching. I specialize in a wide range of practices, including advanced yoga, chakra activation, restorative yoga, prenatal and fertility yoga, mindfulness, and trauma-informed coaching. I teach students of all levels and ages—from beginners to advanced practitioners—and design lessons to meet individual goals, whether for personal wellness, stress relief, or professional development. I also offer workshops and retreats for corporate teams, schools, and community groups, focusing on mental clarity, emotional balance, and holistic well-being.
