About Vinod
I am a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher with a Ph.D. and M.A. in Yoga, and 28 years of experience in teaching and practicing yoga.
Yoga has been an important part of my life, and I believe in its power to create balance between body and mind. I enjoy helping people adopt a healthier and more peaceful lifestyle through regular practice.
My teaching style is simple, patient, and focused on making students feel comfortable and confident. I am committed to guiding each student on their personal journey towards better health and inner peace.
