Yoga is a never-ending journey of learning and growth. Every time you practice or teach yoga, you open yourself up to a wealth of new knowledge and insight. Yoga is a journey much like life, with its twists and turns and highs and lows. A curious and open mind will always discover something new to learn or teach along the way. Approach yoga as an exploratory path with trust, openness, and curiosity to unlock endless possibilities for growth. My words are written with a humble spirit and a willingness to learn. As much as I acknowledge my room for growth, I also believe that the most effective teachers are those who remain lifelong students themselves.
