About Prithak
My name is Prithak Sarayan and I'm 19 years old who is currently studying in college first year. I have experience of 3 years in gym and I have transformed myself from fat to fit in 120 days and reduced myself from 96 kgs to 67 kgs. And in this process my exercise selection and nutrition plan helped me a lot to speed up my weight loss and after that I started muscle building in which I gained quality muscle of 5 kgs. I have earlier given coaching to some clients and they have built great physique and strength by my exercise block. I strongly suggest you to train under me
