About Chase

I'm a Mechanical Engineering student at Georgia Tech who has done computations for start-ups and a Fortune 500 company. I teach my friends for fun, but up until this point have no "formal" tutoring experience. I'm mainly doing this for fun and to test my abilities, as well as keep myself involved with mathematics. Math came very natural to me, and I believe that stems from the way I was taught, not some "natural talent". I hope that I can make my students as mathematically well-versed as me.

About the lesson

I have a fundamentals-based approach, in that I want to teach people how to understand math in a way that makes it elementary. I will teach multiple approaches to problems in order to clearly explain what is happening in a basic sense, and then ways to make sure that your answer is correct. I have been very successful with my approach, and I believe that it will enable you to be successful as well.
