About Frankie

Hi, I’m Frankie, a professional actor currently working in London’s West End. With more than ten years of experience across theatre and screen, alongside extensive musical training and years of vocal coaching across the world, I bring a combination of industry knowledge and practical teaching experience to my lessons.

I offer tailored online singing sessions for students at every stage of their journey, from those discovering their voice for the first time to experienced performers preparing for professional opportunities. My approach focuses on developing strong vocal technique, encouraging individual expression, and maintaining healthy singing habits, all within a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of students build their abilities and confidence across musical theatre, contemporary music, and other vocal styles. Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in a range of productions, from Trainspotting to Spring Awakening, Macbeth, and Rent, alongside various screen projects, including The Hole.

My aim is to help you understand your voice, develop your technique, and discover what you’re capable of as a singer. Whether you’re working towards an audition, pursuing professional training, or singing purely for enjoyment, we’ll work together to build the skills and confidence you need to reach your goals.

What You Can Expect from My Singing Lessons

My vocal lessons are designed to help you develop your voice, strengthen your technique, and become a more confident performer. Whether you’re working towards an audition, looking to improve your singing ability, or simply want to explore your voice, each session is adapted to your individual needs and experience.

1.⁠ ⁠Vocal Preparation and Technique

We’ll start each session with exercises to warm up your voice safely and prepare you for singing. This includes working on breathing, vocal flexibility, range, and control, while developing healthy habits that help you look after your voice in the long term.

2.⁠ ⁠Developing Your Singing Skills

Every singer has different strengths and areas for improvement, so we’ll focus on the techniques that will benefit you most. Depending on your goals, we may work on:

•⁠ ⁠Breath management and vocal support
•⁠ ⁠Pitch, tuning, and accuracy
•⁠ ⁠Tone, resonance, and vocal quality
•⁠ ⁠Expanding and strengthening your range
•⁠ ⁠Diction, articulation, and clear delivery

The aim is to give you a stronger technical foundation and greater control over your voice.

3.⁠ ⁠Song Choice and Interpretation

Singing is about more than hitting the right notes. We’ll look at how to understand the meaning behind a song, communicate its story, and express emotion in a natural and convincing way. Through practical exercises and performance work, you’ll learn how to make your interpretations feel authentic and connect more effectively with your audience.

Whether your interests lie in musical theatre, pop, jazz, classical singing, or a combination of genres, we’ll explore the techniques and characteristics that make each style unique. This will help you become a more adaptable singer while discovering the sounds and approaches that suit your voice best.

5.⁠ ⁠Performance Skills and Confidence

Feeling comfortable performing is an important part of developing as a singer. We’ll work on managing nerves, building stage presence, and performing with confidence, helping you feel more prepared for auditions, live performances, studio sessions, or singing simply for your own enjoyment.

6.⁠ ⁠Progress, Feedback and Personal Goals

Throughout our sessions, you’ll receive clear, constructive feedback to help you understand what’s working well and where you can improve. We’ll also establish realistic goals and practical exercises to work on between lessons, allowing you to track your progress and continue developing at your own pace.
