About Bernardo

I am a highly experienced educator with a strong background in STEM subjects, including mathematics, chemistry, and physics. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I have successfully delivered lessons on both basic and advanced topics, such as Reaction Engineering, Mass and Heat Transport, Fluid Dynamics, and Process Design.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with large groups, often consisting of over 200 students, where I have honed my skills in effectively engaging and instructing diverse audiences. I have also excelled in providing individual mentoring, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each student.

What sets me apart is my international teaching experience. Having taught in various countries, including Japan, Mexico, USA, Ireland, and the UK, I have gained valuable insights into different educational systems and cultural dynamics. This exposure has broadened my perspective and equipped me with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

My teaching methodology revolves around creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment. I employ innovative instructional techniques, incorporating elements of technology, real-world applications, and hands-on experiments to foster curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among my students.
