I use the feedback technique as a teaching instrument, that is, it is not common (A-> B), it is more like a group of work, study or sharing ideas (A-> B B-> A). Where the person who is instructed not only receives information, but can transmit his point of view, ideas, suggestions and feel useful and that he is part of a working group. In short, the student will work hand in hand with the teacher to solve problems. This also helps learning to work in a team!
