About Sharon
My name is Sharon Nam, and I graduated from the University of Rochester on the Dean’s List with a B.S. in Finance. I am currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences while volunteering in a hospital setting. I’m patient, organized, and supportive in my teaching style. I earned an 800 on the SAT Math section and enjoy helping students so they can achieve the highest of their ability.

My lessons focus on clear explanations and communication with the student and parents. I tutor basic to college-level biology, introductory psychology and chemistry, and math up to calculus. Additionally, I cover SAT prep, if requested. Sessions are customized to each student’s needs, with an emphasis on strengthening fundamentals. I offer flexible scheduling and a supportive learning environment.
