About Ailsa
I’m Ailsa, an undergraduate Biochemistry student at the University of Edinburgh. I studied A-level Chemistry, Biology, English literature, and Maths. Since I have sat my GCSEs and A-levels recently I’m not only very familiar with the content but also know all the little tricks and tips to make revision so much easier!

Over the last 3 years I have worked with students from ages 5-18 across a variety of different school subjects. Previous students have gone from a grade 3 to 5 in Maths, a 5 to a 7 in English Literature, and from a 4 to 7 in Biology! I will tailor my lessons to whatever area you are struggling with whether that be exam technique or subject content via practice questions, past papers or simply helping you do your homework.
