About Ghina

I am a UCL Master’s graduate in Cell and Gene Therapy with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Alongside my academic background, I have over five years of professional experience in clinical research and project coordination. I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential by making learning engaging, approachable, and confidence-building. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing their skills, and achieving their academic goals in GCSE Maths, English, and Science.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement. Each session begins with a review of previous topics, followed by clear explanations of new concepts and guided practice questions. I focus on building confidence, strengthening understanding, and developing effective exam techniques. Regular feedback and progress tracking ensure students stay motivated and achieve their academic goals in GCSE Maths, English, and Science.

My 14-year-old was struggling with her GCSE exams, and we came across Ghina. Ghina helped my daughter to prep for the exams and understand the fundamental mathematical concepts really well.

I am really happy with the style of teaching and how professionally Ghina conducts her lessons.

Strongly recommended - thanks, Ghina.

Ghina tutored my nephew and two nieces in maths over the past year, and the difference has been remarkable. All three started off genuinely struggling and lacking confidence with the subject. Ghina was patient, explained concepts clearly, and tailored her approach to each of them rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. What stood out most was how she rebuilt their confidence — they went from dreading maths to actually enjoying it. By their exams, all three were achieving A grades. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any parent whose child needs a knowledgeable, encouraging tutor who genuinely cares about results.
