About Suzanne

All students will benefit from acquiring these skills which examine and discuss issues like bullying and how to make independent decisions. Tutoring sessions will not be limited to school calendars but rather to family calendars to maximize the time throughout the year when students can be supported year round. Tutoring sessions will be scheduled from afternoons to early evenings, Mondays to Thursdays and from 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, as is convenient to students and families.

About the lesson

Anytime is a good time to assess educational need and to schedule ongoing tutoring sessions. Extra sessions during summer and holiday periods can help students catch up and fill in any deficiencies to prepare for the year/s ahead. Tutoring is available to help with writing papers, keeping up with reading in subjects like history, social sciences, geography, journalism, cultural studies, beginning studies in Spanish and resources available through public libraries. Encouragement is available for students with learning disabilities and for those who are gifted. Patient, caring instruction which encourages and boosts self-esteem through achievement. Former students from Diverse Cultural Backgrounds: African American, Armenian American, Asian American, Chicano American/Cuban American/Honduran American, and other Latino Americans, Chinese American, Middle Eastern American/Arab American, European American, Hmong American, Indian American, Native American, Pacific Island American, Russian American, and Vietnamese American backgrounds, as well as international students from these and other backgrounds and countries. Sessions are usually one-hour sessions, twice a week and may be scheduled for weekdays and/or weekends. Students will also be taught other resources on the Internet relevant to their studies, such as activities in world music, art and literature, and effective communication systems, including simulated world travel.

I know Suzanne as she taught me singing during my lowest time of my life. She is an amazing person, the one who encouraged me to think out of the box. One thing she taught me which I can appreciate her for the rest of my life, it is to be HAPPY. Singing allows me to have joy. No matter what subject you want to her teach, she will take her time to assure that you have a very good purpose in life, which is JOY. She's patient and creative. She's able to identify and assess the needs of her students.
I totally recommend Suzanne for any subject matter that she is teaching, which is all encompassing.
