About Preston
A highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer with the drive to help others reach their health and fitness goals. Possessing a various range of skills, including evaluating and understanding a client’s needs and then developing a practical and achievable routine. Attaining the necessary communication skills required to gain the trust with a client, and finding methods that transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies. Before starting my journey I felt disgusting, my whole lifestyle was horrible, my diet wasn't structured and I ate anything. During my journey I learnt how important it is to practise what I preach as a fitness coach. This journey has highlighted the importance of nutrition and gaining the correct knowledge. This has made me more disciplined, knowledgeable and a better fitness coach. Going forward I would like to better educate clients and help them to achieve their fitness goals. I'm located In Birmingham, West Bromwich and around West Midlands

After ParQ document and consultation is completed. And we have built a plan to achieve long-term goals whilst in gym there will be 100% support and monitoring whilst training with well-structured plan, and adjusting if needed. My 1-1 coaching outside of gym entails a tailored diet/training plan which is adjusted weekly depending on results, 24/7 WhatsApp support, detailed training but firstly it about building you to that level, and weekly check-ins every Sunday/Monday to track your progress. Which includes weigh-ins and pictures (if feeling comfortable)

I met Preston early this year when I was struggling with weight loss. From the start, he was extremely polite and offered his services at an affordable price. Preston created a personalised food plan for me, incorporating the foods I normally eat, which made it much easier to manage my diet. He also gave me the confidence to use gym machinery, something I had always been hesitant about.What sets Preston apart from other personal trainers is that he consistently checks in on you, providing ongoing support and motivation.
