About Tatiana
I am designer and passionate about psychology. I joined the world of training a couple of years ago due to a very difficult time in my life. Physical activity and managing my thoughts has been the greatest help that I thank the universe for. Health first above all else!

My method brings together 2 fields to control the anxiety that I suffered most of my life: 1. Physical exercise by repetitions and 2. Exercises of meditation and acceptance of our mind. You will learn to meditate while you exercise: because the mind and the body are always connected and the more we take care of them, the more we will notice these good changes in all the environments of our lives
