Super Tutor

Sankhya is one of our best Maths tutors. High-quality profile, qualifications verified, organised and responsive to lesson requests, and appreciated by their students.

About Sankhya

I’m a graduate of NYU with a degree in Economics and Mathematics, and I love helping people learn! I tutored through high school and college in subjects including geometry, chemistry, and elementary through high school math.
I got an A in Calculus III in high school along with perfect scores on the ACT, Mathematics Level 2 & Chemistry Subject SATs, and the math section of the SAT. I also got a 5 on both AP Calculus BC and AP Statistics.
I’ve helped students who are struggling in classes bring their grades up drastically, and I have also helped excelling students reach their full potential. If you’re ready to level up your math skills, I’m ready to help!

About the lesson

I always remember that every student learns differently, and focus on how best to tailor our lessons for your success. Math lessons can cover a different topic each week, and can range from homework help to extra enrichment depending on the student’s needs. We can go over lesson notes from class, do practice problems with topics you aren’t comfortable with, or start a new topic before it’s taught in class to keep you ahead of the curve. Math can be scary at times, but my goal is to show you how capable you truly are!

Sankhya was an amazing tutor. My daughter struggled with math and with the SAT. She kept scoring 1050 before Sankhya. She was the boost my daughter needed to bring her SAT score up.

Sankhya is an amazing tutor who is patient, understanding, and genuinely cares about her students. She takes the time to adjust her teaching based on how each student learns, which makes it much easier to feel comfortable and ask questions. It's clear that she truly wants her students to succeed and is always willing to help in any way she can. I really admire her positive attitude, openness, and dedication. I would highly recommend Sankhya to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable tutor.
