About DANIEL
I am a very determined and outgoing individual. I will do my best to teach my students everything that they want to know and more. A student ending a session without understanding what I tried to teach them is something that I never wish to experience, so I will ensure the highest quality of tutoring and attention to the needs of my students. I usually start with asking the student if they have any questions and addressing anything they are confused about or what they want to learn. I then go on with my lesson plan, usually consisting of me going over definitions or formulas, then doing an example or two, and finally explaining why it makes sense and going more in-depth about what is actually happening. I feel that what sets me apart as a tutor is that I try to adjust my teaching towards the level of education my student has: if they are in elementary school, I will keep things very simple and direct; however, if they are in high school, I feel that I can go more in-depth to help them understand. Moreover, I try my best to incorporate activity with my students while teaching them in order for them to figure out some things on their own in a hands-on manner. Additionally, I am very willing to spend extra time with my students, even if it is overtime and I will not be compensated because I truly want them to understand what I am trying to teach them and that feeling of a student learning something new is much more valuable to me than money. Finally, my lessons are usually for students in middle or high school, but I can adjust my lessons for all age groups.
