About Valentina
I am a dancer and perfomer, I am 27 years old and I have been studying body practices for 20 years. I have a degree in Contemporary Dance and Physical Theater and in the last years I have deepened studying Yoga, Chiromassage, Aikido, Taichi and Contact Improvisation. I work as an interpreter in artistic creations and particular teacher (children, adults, person with dysfunctions).

My method begins with listening to the organic needs of each body. From there, exercises are developed that look at the student's objective. The structure of each class usually always has exercises to awaken the body, exercises of breathing and stretching and other more according to what you want to work. The voice is also an element present in the exercises.
