About Dieuwke
I have several years of experience in teaching the cello to beginners. I have also experience in orchestra repertoire, and leading group lessons. I am motivated and know that it is important for student and teacher to have a strong bond, by which the student stays motivated to learn and keep practicing.

I am a student at the University of Delft, and a passionate cello player. I have much experience in many different music settings, and I have further experience in teaching the cello to beginning cellists. I am also interested in teaching persons with more experience in order to become even more fluent. I use cellist teaching methods by which the students get to practice and control the bowing techniques as wel as mastering the speed and agility in the left hand for the notes. I believe it is important that the student is able to make decisions as to the repertoire he/ she would like to be able to play, and I will help to achieve this with a variety of different exercises.
