About Sanjana

Philosophy isn't just theory — it's a toolkit for thinking clearly about the decisions that actually keep you up at night. I hold an MA in Philosophy and am UGC-NET qualified, and I work with students and professionals who feel stuck — on career direction, on how to weigh competing responsibilities, or simply on 'what matters to me.' Sessions draw on both Western philosophical frameworks (Stoicism, existentialism) and Indian traditions (the Gita's approach to action and duty), matched to what's actually useful for your situation — not academic lecture. I also make it a point to include art-based therapy whenever applicable as a Sangeet Visharad and vocal coach.

This isn't generic advice dressed up in big words. As an MA Philosophy scholar (UGC-NET qualified), I bring real philosophical rigor to real problems — career doubt, tough choices, feeling stuck. Each session pairs a specific framework with your specific situation, so you leave with a way of thinking, not just a pep talk.

I use rigorous philosophical frameworks — Stoicism, existentialism, and Indian traditions like the Gita's approach to duty and detachment — to help you actually think through the decision in front of you, not just talk around it. Every session ends with a clearer next step.

(philosophical counselling isn't a substitute for licensed therapy or psychiatric care — it's for people navigating decisions, meaning, and values, not clinical mental health conditions.)
