My journey into yoga began when I personally faced anxiety and depression. Through consistent practice, I experienced the powerful healing effects of yoga on both mind and body. Inspired by my transformation, I’ve spent the past 8 years helping others overcome stress, lifestyle diseases, and emotional struggles. My mission is to share what truly worked for me, and guide others toward a healthier, more peaceful life

My sessions are interactive, full of positive energy, and tailored to individual needs, making every student feel seen, supported, and inspired
