About Stella
I am Stella, a sixteen year old with a passion for helping others. I am confident and full of energy, motivating others with my passion. I aspire to be a drama therapist, working with those with learning difficulties, special needs and those with mental disabilities, to build confidence and process their emotions through my passion- drama. I have been very involved in my church in the past. I struggled a lot with school and thought I was going to fail maths, then I became inspired by a brilliant teacher and worked hard and stayed persistent to reach grades I never thought were possible. I know what it’s like to feel not good enough when it comes to school and grades, so I can help those feeling the same way to achieve great things. I achieved four grade 9s, three grade 8s and two grade 7s at GCSE.

My lessons will be online, as this is most flexible for the student, we will go through things they have struggled with in school lessons that week. I will give revision tips and resources, advising their preparations for exams if they are at that level. I will also give them small tasks and worksheets to do during the week to consistently practise with. Lesson length can change with individual. Recommend- 1 hr for 14+, 30-40 mins for 13 below. Am only taking A-level at the moment, so teach GCSE or below. Would love the experience as I want to work with kids in the future, already have experience at a kids camp as a leader. Would love the opportunity to share the love of learning with children, motivating the struggling, as I too struggled with school, but worked to achieve grades I never thought I could reach.
