About Scarlett
I am an SAT tutor with 9 years of experience and a Master's in English Literature. I enjoy helping students improve their reading and writing abilities while preparing them for academic opportunities through supportive and engaging lessons.
My teaching style combines clear instruction, regular encouragement, and personalized guidance. I adapt lessons to each learner's needs while building confidence through meaningful reading, writing, and discussion activities.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading classic literature, studying language development, and practicing public speaking. These interests help me create interesting lessons that inspire students to appreciate the richness of English language and literature.

My SAT lessons help students strengthen the language skills needed for academic success through organized practice and thoughtful learning. We focus on reading comprehension, literacy, creative writing, English literature, vocabulary development, grammar improvement, text interpretation, rhetorical analysis, and oratory using simple English and carefully selected passages. Every lesson encourages students to understand ideas deeply before answering questions, helping them improve both accuracy and confidence. I believe consistent practice with meaningful feedback leads to steady improvement.
As students continue learning, we work on passage comparison, evidence-based reading, sentence revision, literary devices, persuasive writing, public speaking, time management, and examination strategies through structured activities. I explain every technique step by step while encouraging learners to think critically and communicate clearly. Practice tests, writing exercises, revision sessions, and individual feedback help students strengthen their skills while preparing effectively for the SAT examination.
My goal is to help students become confident readers, expressive writers, and thoughtful communicators. Every lesson develops analytical thinking, language accuracy, and academic confidence that benefits future education.
