About Nad
Passionate about yoga since 2015, I have been teaching this physical, mental and spiritual practice since 2018.
In May 2021, I decided to leave my engineering career to devote myself to teaching yoga ️
I am an RYT-200 certified international yoga teacher by Yoga International Alliance.

Whether you are a fan of yoga, or have never done one, I offer you a course, a training program or wellness sessions, according to your needs, to support you in achieving your goals. [N ]
My method of yoga is inextricably linked with mindfulness meditation. Through our sessions, I invite you and I teach you to reconnect with yourself, your inner wisdom, and your deep intelligence - physically, mentally and spiritually - for a better quality of life, to meet all your personal challenges, and to flourish in your accomplishments.
Yoga is a personal practice. I encourage my students to make it their own to maximize its benefits. I will give you all the tools to establish a regular practice, with or WITHOUT me.
Generally, the sessions begin with an introduction of the objectives, a moment of centering, breathing exercises, a sequence of postures and finally a relaxation.

Nadia a bien saisi mes besoins et a travaille a produire un cours personalise qui repond a mes besoins de coureur…Les resultats be s ‘etaient pas faites attendre longtemps et j’ai vu mes courses endurances se passer avec bcp moins de fatigue et ma performance en terme de kilometrage et de temps s’ameliorer egalement.
Perfect! Nad a pris le temps qu il faut pour savoir plus pour mon état de santé et mes limitations de mouvement. Son approche etait super professionelle et un flow d exercises ont éte soigneusement choisi pour moi.

Benefits of Yoga for Runners
I contacted Nad to get advice on what yoga courses are good for me as a runner. I had the idea that Yoga’s benefits are only for the mind.
She immediately proposed a tailor made course incorporating yoga with a running workout plan especially that I am preparing for a marathon in Paris.So the course was focussed on building up focus and concentration much needed in a long run like a marathon where patience is required.
Some of the yoga poses were taught to me and were used to warm up and stretch up before starting my run.They were useful to warn up the hamstrings and were so effective like the foreword fold , the downwward dog or lunges.
The series of exercises were so beneficial to my body and heloed me improve my running time and keep me injury free. Nad has effectively used the hip openers, the core strengthening and the breathing techniques so vital for a runner.
I don’t usually write lenghty reviews, but Nad is so passionate abt teaching yoga and helpful that made me write this.

She transmits a great energy during her classes, takes care of her students and offers several styles of yoga from more dynamic to more gentle. Nad adapts the sessions according to the desires / needs of the day of the practitioners and knows very well how to accompany the practice of each one to help us to progress at our rhythm with a smile. Nadia est une excellente professeure qui cible rapidement les besoins de ses élèves. Ayant une tige dorsale limitant les mouvements de mon dos, elle m’a appris et continue de m’apprendre pleins de choses que je continue de pratiquer ! Elle est attentionnée, talentueuse et modeste , ses cours sont incroyables ! Je vous recommande vivement , essayez VRAIMENT, vous n’allez pas le regretter!
Nadia is great! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s great to start. She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. Nadia has the experience to help with wherever your at in your practice.
