About Flavio

My name is Flavio I'm from Italy. I started cooking when I was a child and my grandmother was teaching me all the secrets of the classical Italian kitchen
When I was 20 I started working in restaurants and size then be a chef become my passion and job. When I was 26 I started travelling around the world for work; England, Australia, Switzerland and now India.
I'm trying to bring the real concept and recipes of Italy and healthy food. Because there are a lot of misconceptions and wrong knowledge that people gets specially on Internet.
So I will try to bring PRAMANA (right knowledge) of cooking to all of you

About the lesson

With a lot of passion and experience I will follow you and
You will learn the original recipes, from the Italian tradition, and not the fake recipes you find on Internet.
I will share recipes for pizza, pasta bread, dessert and other Italian and vegetarian dishes.
I will teach you step by step how to follow the recipe, how to choose the good ingredients, how to use the knife and cutting in the correctly way, prepare all the ingredients, cooking, storing food. health rules, healthy dishes. Mediterranean diet.
