About Dustin

With over three decades in the kitchen and formal training from Johnson & Wales University’s renowned culinary program, I bring both expertise and passion to every lesson. I’ve mastered the foundations of American cuisine and know how to break it down in a way that’s clear, approachable, and enjoyable for any skill level. My students learn real techniques, classic flavors, and practical cooking skills they can use right away. You’ll be guided by a seasoned professional who understands the culinary industry inside and out—and who loves to teach as much as he loves to cook. When you learn with me, you’re not just following recipes—you’re gaining confidence, sharpening your skills, and learning from a chef who’s lived the craft for 34 years.
