Super Tutor

Phillip is one of our best Maths tutors. High-quality profile, qualifications verified, organised and responsive to lesson requests, and appreciated by their students.

About Phillip

Hello! I’m Phil, a qualified Maths teacher from the UK with over 14 years of teaching experience — both in the classroom and online. I’ve taught students from UK state and independent schools, as well as top international schools around the world.

As a GCSE, IGCSE and KS2 examiner, I have an in-depth understanding of what examiners are looking for. My lessons focus not just on what to do, but why — building strong understanding, confidence, and long-term retention. I’ll help your child master effective exam techniques so they can maximise their results.

About the lesson

Clear explanations that make tricky concepts easy to grasp
Step-by-step guidance to build confidence and problem-solving skills
Access to past papers and targeted practice for real exam success
Support across multiple curriculums including GCSE, IGCSE, IB (SL/HL), KS2, and KS3
Examiner insight, I mark GCSE, IGCSE and KS2 exams, so I know precisely what earns marks and what doesn't.

Having worked with students across different backgrounds and learning styles, I tailor each lesson to meet individual needs — whether your child is aiming for top grades or needs a confidence boost.
