About Owen
I live in Richmond with my pet tortoise Clem.
Having completed my Masters degree in Social and political thought and published widely on social theory, politics, and philosophy, I am looking to take on new students. In September I am starting My PhD in Philosophy and so can tutor a range of humanities subjects at most levels.

First and foremost, It's important to me that we work together to get you the grade you want. Essay structure and exam technique is essential. However, it is always far easier to work on these things when we find subject areas that really interest you. I am passionate about what I teach and want you to be too.
I like to try to encourage exploration into whatever comes to mind, taking the broadest and most abstract ideas and slowly mould them into real life examples through discussion.
