About Mira
I am currently a Psychology honours student and have had experience in tutoring a diverse group of students. In the past I have provided small-group tutoring to refugees and also one-to-one tutoring to high school students (IB Diploma and IGCSE/O-Levels). Occasionally, I have also provided assignment help to university students who were struggling to structure their reports or essays.
I’m passionate about teaching and ensuring that my students are at the end of the day, happy with me and also understand what they’ve been taught.

I can help with psychology essays, assignment planning and all those sorts. Especially familiar with topics within the realm of social, organisational, developmental and clinical psychology but am somewhat familiar with other areas of psychology as well. I have also previously taken electives in parenting and family psychology and can help with those electives if needed.
I’ve found that there isn’t really a ‘one sized fits all’ approach when it comes to lesson planning since each student has their own individual needs or difficulties. However, I generally spend the first few lessons first assessing the students current knowledge to see if there are any gaps and which concepts in particular a student struggles with before I set a definite plan.
If students are specifically looking for only assignment help without seeking help understanding content, then I usually ask that students send over their assignment rubric and guidelines before I make a decision on whether or not I am truly qualified to help them with it.
