About Vijaya

I am professional pastry chef who has worked in different restaurants. Studied Diploma in Patisserie certified from City and Guilds, London. Also worked as a restaurant consultant and conducted various baking workshops across Mumbai, Chennai, Himachal Pradesh and online classes.

About the lesson

My methodology is teaching and making sure my Students get their basic right! I ensure that every little detail is explained and believe that small things make a huge impact. Hence I work closely mentioning simple yet often ignored details to make sure the students do well.
