I am a passionate yoga educator and researcher with a PhD in Yoga and 15 years of experience. My research has been published in IJOY, a Scopus-indexed journal, focusing on Kundalini meditation and heart rate. I enjoy sharing authentic yoga practices through simple, practical and personalized teaching to support students’ well-being.
