I am a very patient person who is never defeated so if a student does not understand immediately how to approach a problem I give them the tools to work through the problem and with patience.
As well as identifying areas of improvement from a chat with the tutee and parents/carers, I also like to pose the tutee several other problems to help me identify other areas that may require attention but are not at the forefront.
I am an extremely organised person and I will also help establish a suitable study plan and schedule to help the tutee realise his/her educational goals.
