With more than a decade of research in training and nutrition, my style is eclectic and unorthodox.
But results speak by themselves.
For me the goal is not "to lose weight", but to feel better with yourself, THAT is to "get fit" for me. I can show you.

About the lesson

My style is to use Calisthenics as a holistic style of improving both physical and mental health.
Training serves to improve everything in you: the hormonal system, leading to improved fitness, lower stress levels, and rest better while you sleep .
