About Soma

I am a passionate artist who has been nurturing my love for art since my learning days at Tagore Academy, Jamshedpur, where I studied art up to the third year. I also chose Painting as a subject during my intermediate studies, which helped me further develop my artistic knowledge and skills.

Alongside creating art, I teach children through offline art classes in my locality and share my artistic journey and creations on YouTube, Instagram, and ArtRise. Over the years, I have also received several prizes and awards for my work, which have encouraged me to keep learning and growing as an artist.

I believe art is more than just a skill; it is a beautiful way to express ideas, emotions, and imagination. I now wish to bring my teaching online, share my knowledge with more students, and inspire them to explore their creativity with confidence and joy.

About the lesson

My art classes are designed to help children explore their creativity, develop their artistic skills, and enjoy the process of learning art. As a passionate artist and an art teacher currently teaching children, I understand the importance of patience, encouragement, and individual attention.

I teach drawing, sketching, painting, art and design, watercolor painting, and acrylic painting. My approach focuses on learning step by step, practising basic techniques, experimenting with colours, and gradually building confidence. Whether a child is a beginner or already enjoys making art, I aim to create a friendly and comfortable learning environment where they can express their imagination freely.

Now, I am bringing my art classes online so I can share my passion for art with more young learners and help them discover the joy of creating something of their own.
