I am very practical in nature so I specialize in the most creative and hands-on methods of teaching. I strongly believe that students learn far better practically rather than theory however, should the student require special attention in terms of theory, I am fully capable of teaching in that manner.
I am a vibrant, fun and energetic teacher. I allow students to open up, learn about themselves and be who they are meant to be. I encourage uniqueness, talent and passion. Art is about expression. I make sure my students know this. I am a fun but firm teacher.
I will first give a basic assessment so that I can see the level of the student. I like to give demonstrations and target one point per lesson.
I will be facilitating each lesson according to the level of the student and the expected outcomes they would have communicated to achieve within the lesson. I believe it takes time to learn a skill so more than one lesson would be preferable. I also believe that being creative also means being playful and thus would create an environment where 'play' inspires learning and inspiration.
My drawing lessons will incorporate drawing using pencil, washes and charcoal.
Lessons would be very flexible and can focus on the practical aspects or theory being done in school or can focus on a particular topic the student is interested in. I can give lessons in Art Theory, Basic Animation, Drawing, Digital Art and Painting (Photoshop, Illustrator...), Illustration, Printmaking and Visual Journal help.
I base my classes on a step by step methodology, starting with lessons on drawing according to exact and correct proportions. Therafter, I cover theory on colour mixing and shading. Painting is a personal journey for each individual, once the basic foundations are covered students are able to explore techniques to discover what works best for them.
I believe a student and teacher should have a good relationship and a strong foundation. The learner should feel comfortable and free to make mistakes. I love making my lessons fun and exciting by adding something that they enjoy doing. That way they will be eager to learn. I also like using examples or parables which makes it easier for them to understand.
My teaching is very practical process learning that allows the engagement of both teacher and students, and the ice-breaker i am suing are direct or translation of the lesson that i will be delivering and this allows both students and teacher to create a safe space for learning.
I prefer small homogenous groups, which encourages children to be themselves and grow in confidence. I like to encourage children to do their own research and to discover new facts and fun experiences.Motivation is key to self-discovery.
I teach students of all ages. You’re never too young or too old to start drawing. I teach in a group setting but also focus on individual needs. Not everyone has the same talent and each person has a different drawing technique. I aim to teach all of them and then the artist decides what they like most.
I approach each student based on their own needs and requirements. The work that needs to be done for each student is dependent on the skills they want to master and the outcome of the creative process they want to engage with.
Practical, also practice and imitation art, bright colors creative designs Work Duties • Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a high standard. • Arranging practical work sessions in the Art room • Supervising and monitoring student’s English and Art work.
I know a lot of people who admire painting but won't give it a shot because "I could never be that good", and so making the class/group understand first that the number of painting techniques out there is equal to the number of artists. Giving the class/group the freedom to not try be anybody else on that canvas but themselves is the fundamental lesson.
I always try to be relavate wherever I'm teaching cause it helps anyone remember easy and this technique has been working as I learnt it from my previous teachers
I approach each topic by how you feel inside, paint it for me. I want you to feel comfortable in your own skin. And to be honest painting has no rules it makes and breaks you in the way you express yourself.
Art has no boundaries - it can be abstract, mathematical and really anything else you want it to be. In the same way, I have no boundaries to my teaching. I accommodate the student to whatever the student wants to learn or express.
My teaching method depends on the student. I adapt my lessons to suite the beginner's needs and desires.
My teaching method is, to work with a topic, and let the kids bring their own creative ideas around the topic, and working towards a reward or an exhibition. I will provide most of the art supplies or made-up art packages.
My teaching methodology is explaining methods that have worked for me, sharing alternatives and exploring through demonstration which one works best for the learner. I prefer interactive work that gives the learner practical experience and I like to always be available for follow up questions or feedback.
I start with the basic principles of art. Then I assess the level of each student and I help them to develop their skill as an artist/illustrator to the next level. I teach them about the art equipment they need to use in order to get the best results. I also give them ideas about marketing their own artworks and which platforms to use.
My teaching strategies is to help students to use brainstorming as a thinking strategy, consider problems and solutions, allow students to work as a team to accomplish a common learning goal.
I base my classes on reading, observation and practice. When you read , you train your mind to capture amd interpret information. In art, one can understand subjects better by reading about them and make artworks based on that information. My lessons will involve alot of conversation and more research to ignite that creativity from the conceptual to the actual piece of work.
My teaching methods are quite acceptable I first allow students to feel comfortable in the environment then we get to know one another and once they accept the comfort zone we push it to the outer comfort zone to activate and discover just what talent they have
My teaching methods varies from learners, teacher learner centered allows understanding and learning to take place and breaks barriers.
I believe in having a very hands on approach, by sitting with a student and helping them focus on their weak points as much as on their strong points to improve all round.
Be with in belief of your calling or desire and I hold on to that Power within u beliveing is creating
I use a basic method where I work with the student and I explain to them what I did and break it down for them to understand in the simplest way possible
a multidisciplinary contemporary artist that encompasses different materials and art forms to express freedom, emotions and feelings in the work.
My teaching method is very hands on. I believe people learn best by doing something.
