About Kara
Patience defined my early education. I was an impatient student who relied on a teacher to anchor my focus. This history informs how I support the hundreds of students I have guided over 12 years of teaching.
Whether helping with coordinate geometry, calculus, or competition math prep, I prioritize clarity above all else. My approach integrates arithmetic and number sense with SAT or ACT math prep to ensure comprehensive coverage. I utilize mental math and Vedic math techniques to build speed while addressing the mensuration concepts that often trip students up.
