About Noemi
Noemi is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor with more than two years of experience in teaching yoga and several years of private practice.
She is also certified in yoga philosophy and anatomy, which she combines during her teaching to increase both the mental and physical benefits of the practice. Her aim is to help other sedentary professionals find comfort both in the body and mind. She has been teaching larger groups at corporations and also private lessons both in person and online. The classes are always tailored for the physical and mental needs of the client and the movements are inspired by the principles of yoga and physio therapy.
She also attends to the practices of Ayurveda and Meditation combined with modern science based methods to ensure the balanced application of these holistic views. Her free time she dedicates to reading and nutrition.

I base my classes on my client's physical and mental condition first, then building up a picture of what we need to work on together. I draw my knowledge from science based anatomical and physiotherapy knowledge combined with yoga therapy and dietary rules. I believe that everything in the body and mind is interconnected therefore I teach based on a holistic approach not omitting anything on the road.
