About Navya
I’m an art educator with over 6 years of teaching experience. I work with students of all age groups, from young children to adults, and I’ve taught through online classes, offline sessions, and workshops.
I specialize in pencil shading, watercolor, and gouache painting, and I’m also comfortable with acrylics, charcoal, and different styles of calligraphy. My approach focuses on building strong basics first and then gradually helping students move towards more advanced techniques.
I’ve always been passionate about teaching—I’ve been doing it since my school years—and I really enjoy making art simple and accessible for everyone. I adapt my teaching style based on the student’s needs, whether it’s structured learning for kids or more flexible, interest-based sessions for adults.
For me, art is not just about technique, but also about expression and growth, and I aim to create a learning space where students can feel confident and improve consistently.

I offer engaging online art classes for children and beginners, designed around a structured yet flexible learning approach. My teaching focuses on building strong foundational skills in drawing, watercolor, and acrylic painting, while gradually guiding students toward more advanced techniques.
Each class follows a step-by-step format—starting with a quick warm-up, followed by concept explanation, guided practice, and a final artwork. I break down complex techniques into simple, easy-to-follow steps so that students can understand and apply them confidently. Along with this, I focus on improving observation, control, and creativity rather than just completing a drawing.
Classes are conducted live in small groups or one-on-one, which allows me to give personal attention, correct mistakes in real time, and adapt the pace according to each student’s level. I also provide regular feedback and small exercises to help students see consistent improvement over time.
My teaching style is supportive and interactive, especially for younger students, ensuring they stay engaged while learning seriously. For older students and beginners, I balance technical learning with creative freedom so they don’t feel restricted.
These classes are suitable for ages 4 and above, including complete beginners as well as students who want to refine their skills in a more structured way.
