About Nohemi
I am a senior neuroscience student at the University of Southern California who is aspiring to create her own preventative health business to help people reach their maximum health potential. As one who is passionate about helping others thrive in their own lives, I feel a desire to give back and help other students reach their maximum potential within their education. Education is the foundation for a lot of future careers and I have found the system to be corrupt and a one-size-fits-all. I myself never felt that I fully belonged in this education system and had to learn how to work with it the hard way. I want to make learning easier for others because it does not have to be as bad of a struggle as some classrooms make it out to be. I want to help students feel confident in their learning and be part of their journey the way I wish someone would have been there for me.

-I break things down from scratch using the simplest explanations that I can.
-I speak clearly and animated (no one likes a monotone voice while learning).
-I love creating study guides and systems that students can take with them to help them remember content.
-I also specialize in tutoring neurodivergent students such as those with ADHD.
-I won't let a student leave a lesson unsatisfied and I consistently check for understanding.
I believe education should be of enjoyment, not a discouragement.
