About Felicity

Hi there, my name is Felicity. I grew up just outside of London, in Windsor (near the Queen!), but I'm also half-Italian on my dad's side. Growing up with my grammar-nerd English mum and Italian grandparents made me passionate about languages - as well as pasta - and that's something that I carry with me to this day.

Living in Italy, in Naples, Parma and Milan, I have worked as an English teacher for both children and adults, and as a translator for a number of years.

These days I mainly work as a freelance writer, but also offer online tutoring in ESOL and school English up to GCSE, as well as Italian (any level) and school History up to A-Level.

About the lesson

All lessons will be individually tailored to each student's specific needs, priorities and goals.

We can focus on speaking, writing, reading, listening, grammar, vocabulary, essay writing or any other skills/topics you are interested in.

I recommend 45-minute lessons, as research shows this is the optimum time for concentration levels when learning. Free 30-minute taster/consultations available.

Qualifications and Experience

* English Teacher at My English School Parma, Italy, 2016
* English Teacher at The Shenker Institute Naples, Italy 2012 - 2013
* Translator ITA-ENG
* Studied linguistics at The University of Naples "L'Orientale" 2012 - 2013
* 10-year writing career (content writing , copywriting, proofreading, copy-editing) with clients including The Guardian, Vodafone, Microsoft, LBC, and more.
