About Sara
My name is Sara Shi and I am currently a freshman. Some of the classes I am taking are: Excel geometry, excel biology, excel English, excel world history, fashion, Chinese. I also enjoy volleyball, I play club volleyball as well as school. Another thing I enjoy is art, especially clay or painting. Volunteering is another fun thing to do when I am free. I was in the National Beta Club for 7th and 8th grade, and now I am in Matthew 25 (a volunteering club). Lastly, I am also a part of DECA, which aids students develop the skills for entrepreneurship and careers in marketing and business.

My lessons are designed to be fun while engaging in learning. Learning sometimes can be frustrating which can make students not want to learn, however I am here to change that! I incorporate personalized learning styles for each student based on how they learn best. If needed, parents can get in touch for more specific education! My lesson plans may include fun worksheets, 1 on 1 discussions, active recall, memorization, and hands-on activities. These lessons are designed for younger students from K-8.
