About Isabella

Hi! I’m Isabella, a first-year medical student at the University of California, Riverside, with a degree in neuroscience and two years of experience as a middle school special education teacher. I’m passionate about helping students feel confident, supported, and capable by breaking down challenging material in a clear, approachable way and tailoring lessons to each student’s learning style.

About the lesson

My lessons are personalized, structured, and supportive. I take time to understand each student’s goals, strengths, and challenges, then adapt my teaching style accordingly. Sessions may include reviewing material, breaking down difficult concepts step by step, practicing problems together, and developing effective study strategies.

I prioritize a low-stress learning environment where questions are encouraged, and mistakes are part of the process. Whether you’re preparing for exams, catching up in a class, or strengthening foundational skills, I aim to help you feel confident and prepared.

I’ve had the chance to see Isabella work closely with students, and can confidently recommend her as an exceptional tutor. She is patient, kind, and incredibly thoughtful in how she teaches. With her background as a special education teacher and now as a medical student, she really knows how to break things down in a way that makes kids feel comfortable and confident. Isabella meets students where they are, never makes them feel rushed or judged, and truly cares about their progress. Any parent would be lucky to have her supporting their child’s learning.
